How does it work renting a Jet ski from you guys ?
Answer: Good question, as we are not your traditional Jet ski shop that you are used to. We currently take bookings by online reservation only. So if you are interested in a specific time or date to rent a jet ski email us and let us know what date and time you are interested in. Our online booking agents will reply as soon as they receive your request, to either proceed to book and confirm your reservation, or will inform you that that specific time or date is not availble and try to work out the second best option for time and date for you.
Step 2: Once you confirm with Rental agent over the phone about your specific date, proceed to the book now button on our website to confirm,pay, and book your jet ski rental. Also rember to pick the correct payment button determing how many hours you wish to book. Also Specify with your booking agent which location you are interested in, whether it be Location A) 5 minutes from Downtown Austin,
or Location B) Lake Travis, After deciding your location your booking agent will give you precise directions to the location, and will be available by direct phone, in case you need help on directions.
Step 3: Arrival at rental location - When you arrive a rep from our company will have anyone participating in the rental , sign a liability waver, they will go over a brief instructional how to properly operate the Jet Ski lesson with you, and lastly wish you off to have a fun time ! And once your finished with your rental give your instructor back the keys, life jackets, and off you go ! How easy is that !?
